Ringler first began his strength & conditioning career as an intern at Okemos High School in 2007. During this time Adam was responsible for creating an implementing an offseason football strength & conditioning camp for athletes of Okemos school district. Despite limited budget & resources Ringler successfully coaches a handful of talented athletes to achieve their best physical performance on the grid iron the following season.
Adam later joined Michigan State University’s Strength & Conditioning department as an intern in early 2008. Here Adam worked with Olympic Sports teams at the training complex under the guidance of some of the greatest minds of strength & conditioning.
During this time at MSU, Adam has had the oppertunity to work with many great individuals as an intern. The experience of working with the greatest athletes of the Big 10, Adam truly has learned what it takes to be successful. Working under the great minds at Jenison, Adam Ringler is very grateful for the wonderful opportunity to learn the skills of strength & conditioning; and the experience of a lifetime coaching the greatest athletes in the NCAA.
As a coach, Adam Ringler is truly passionate about enhancing the physical performance of the athletes he coaches. While Adam may come across intense, it’s an intense care about the athlete that brings about the intensity that he uses while coaching. Ringler’s philosophy with coaching has evolved over the last few years working under the guidance of the great coaching at Michigan State University.
